Experience of our Team

Our team members have acquired their experience in a number of fields related to strategy and business planning through local and international participation in the following:

Business Planning and Analyses:

  • Business analyses of existing business operations to identify and prioritize opportunities within the business to create value in the business
  • Feasibility projects for major developments where we designed, built, supported the models and managed the data as part of the project team.
  • Facilitating strategy processes as part of business planning and simulation process during the implementation of the business models.
  • Short and Long term budgeting and forecasting, reviewing budgets with the view of converting them into a business model format, designing and implementation of the budget and forecasting process and models.
  • Zero base budgeting as part of the finance team’s responsibility for budgeting in major corporate companies.

Transactional support

  • Negotiations where we have been responsible for the modeling and analyses of the target businesses as part of the negotiation team or in support thereof. The work included the modeling of the negotiation parameters, risk analyses, deal/ownership structure and funding issues.
  • Corporate finance activities undertaken during the review and acquisition of target companies in the mining, manufacturing, information technology and wine industries.
  • Mapping the commercial aspects of the legal agreements concluded as part of the negotiation against the negotiation parameters modeled and analyses of the risk range of the elements.
  • Project management of Due Diligences and the associated acquisitions of the businesses.

  • The development of planning and rolling forecast financial models for planned and existing operations in the Mining, Production, Wine, Construction and IT sectors.
  • Detail production planning modeling of steel and alcohol manufacturing processes.
